The Art of Being Known

A Phrēn workshop on personal branding.

What do you want to be known for?

Whether you're building a creative business, developing your career, working independently or simply trying to articulate what you do, it can be surprisingly difficult to explain what makes you different.

Personal branding is often treated as a question of visibility: your profile, your bio, your website, your social media. But before any of that comes the more useful question: what is it that you actually want people to recognise about you?

In this practical, reflective workshop, we'll take a closer look at the ideas, experience, skills and perspective that make up your professional identity, and explore how to communicate them with more clarity and intention.

We'll work through a series of exercises to help you:

• identify the strengths, experiences and interests that shape your work
• understand how other people see your strengths
• find clearer language for what you do and why it matters
• think about the people you want to reach and what you want them to understand
• translate all of this into a more coherent personal story, introduction or profile

We'll also look at where your personal brand currently shows up, from your website and social media to your portfolio, CV or the simple way you introduce yourself to someone new.

This isn't about inventing a persona or turning yourself into a personal-branding machine. It's about finding the thread that connects what you've done, what you know, what you care about and where you're going, and making that thread easier for other people to see.

A small-group workshop with practical exercises, conversation and plenty of room to think.

€35 · 2 hours · workbook & materials included · coffee or tea.
