Name: Polydeuces, meaning very sweet or bright-shinning, from πολύς "very, a lot" and δεῦκος "sweet" or δευκές “bright, same”

Location: Ephesus

Divine Protection: Demeter. Goddess of grain, agriculture, harvest, growth, and nourishment. The Eleusinian Mysteries, held every year honouring Demeter and her daughter Persephone, were the most famous of the secret religious rites of ancient Greece.
