Parmenides

Name: Parmenides, meaning the steady one, from παρά “contrary to, beside, because of” and μένω “to stay, to wait”.

Via Romana virtue: Severitas--"Sternness": Gravity, self-control.

Location: Rome

Divine Protection: Ananke. One of the Greek primordial deities, she is the personification of inevitability, compulsion and necessity. She is customarily depicted as holding a spindle. She is the mother of Moirai (the fates) and the only one able to influence their decisions.

Secret Symbol of Power: Triskelion. Symbolizes the eternal flow of life, movement, the battle, the conflict. Tὰ πάντα ῥεῖ. Everything changes.
